- We ship to addresses within the United States, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

- Standard Shipping: Free on all orders over $50 within the United States. For orders under $50, a flat rate of $5.99 applies.
- Express Shipping: Available for an additional fee of $15.99 for U.S. orders, ensuring delivery within 1–2 business days (subject to carrier availability).
- All shipping rates, including the $5.99 flat rate and free shipping threshold, are calculated based on the total order weight, destination, and selected shipping method, displayed at checkout.

#### 3. Processing Times
- Orders are processed daily (Monday through Sunday). During peak periods (e.g., holidays, sales events), processing may take up to 1 business days.

#### 4. Delivery Times
- United States:
  - Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days after processing, with shipping occurring Monday through Saturday.
  - Express Shipping: 1 business days after processing, with shipping occurring Monday through Saturday.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available). You can track your package via the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) using the provided tracking number.

- If your order is lost or significantly delayed (e.g., beyond the estimated delivery time), contact us within 30 days of the shipping date at support@highendballs.com.
